Pretty Desiree is tied up in a hotel room outside of town, and is gagged with tape as well. She has no idea why she is here being held captive, but someone wants to make sure she is kept out of the way and kept alive. She looks about helplessly but has no idea what's going to happen. To make matters worse for Desiree, her captor decides to tie her toes together. It has no bearing on whether she can or can't escape (she can't) but it makes her feel even more helpless...
