Once Inna had moved in, the crooks decided to just take the property anyway. But to make the property affordable, they decided it'd be best to just blow up the house with Inna inside, and then purchase the property from the insurance company.

To eliminate Inna and the house, they rigged up her gas oven to start filling with gas without burning. They then set up the stove timer start sparking in the oven after twenty minutes. They then left Inna hogtied in the kitchen naked to struggle helplessly as the timer counted down... and down... and down...
