While it appears to be a simple tie, the bondage that K Bella is struggling in is one that was invented to extract information and cause the bound victim great pain. Bella's wrists are secured behind her back and she is kneeling, but with how high her wrists are held up, she cannot relax into a full kneeling position, so her legs, her thighs begin to feel like they are burning.

Fortunately, for us, she is gagged, so we don't have to listen to her complaints. Next time, she will be a better captive...for her sake.
