Cute blonde Karinne finds herself hogtied tight on a bed in a hotel room underneath a weird apparatus. She struggles, but eventually learns what her fate will be. She is then tied down to the bed spreadeagle underneath the apparatus which is rigged up to hold a heavy metal spike over her abdomen. What's more, the spike can be dropped at any time by her captors, which would literally pin her to the bed. Is this to be her fate?
