The challenge is on for punk princess Kody Evans and her little step-sister London. They were at the beach, but now they're hogtied and gagged in a beach-front mansion on the floor. They were challenged by the mansion owner that if they could get out of being hogtied in ten minutes, he'd give them a hundred thousand dollars. Sounds like a good deal?
