The Foot Collector is back, and this time he's got both the guillotine and pretty punk princess Kody Evans. Kody has been stripped to her panties, but the Foot Collector doesn't seem to really care about that. Instead, FC has got her pretty feet under the blade with her toes tied and anchored to ensure a clean cut when the blade falls.
