When we first see Kristen, she is tied up with a lot of duct tape and gagged with a lot of duct tape as well. She begins to struggle to free herself as we look at her great legs and cute bare feet. Her complaints are minimized by all that tape that gags her.

Eventually, she is able to work herself into a sitting position, but this has no effect on the sticky bindings. She keeps struggling, and as part of the struggling, she unintentionally shows off her feet.
