It was bound to happen. The bad guys had gotten the drop on Ultragirl and now she's tied down spreadeagle in a seedy motel room bed, left alone to struggle. While UG hasn't been told anything about the predicament she is in, she knows that if she doesn't escape, she will likely be in serious trouble. In addition to that, the city will also be in serious trouble as the evil-doers will have taken over in their mad scramble for control.

But what can UG do? Her power belt and boots are on the bed with her, but with her ankles tied down tight and her wrists tied apart, there was no way ...
