Busty scream queen Mel Heflin has been left tied to a chair for what she thought was a scene for her next movie, "Topless Redhead Terrors", but she's found out that the producers of the movie are not really producing bad, direct to DVD B-movies, they make movies where the perils are real. Once pretty Mel finds out, she is handed a grenade that has the pin pulled and must hold on to it for dear life. If it falls and the handle comes loose, it will be all over.
