Nix awakens to find herself duct taped to a chair and blindfolded. Her mouth is also sealed up with duct tape and she struggles once she becomes aware of what is going on. She tries to scream, but it is no use. The tape holds her fast, keeping her jeans and blouse pinned back. All she can do is flex her fingers and wiggle her toes in her sandals.

After some struggling in the dark, Nix is allowed to see, and what she sees causes her to be even more afraid. She screams into the gag, and cowers as peril comes closer and closer.
