Pretty Star is tied up in her bikini and left to struggle while sitting on a chair. Her captor decides that just having her isn't enough and brings of a pair of spiked bars attached to some screws. He places the bar over Star's head and around her neck. He closes up the screws, and then slowly begins to close the bars, bringing the spikes dangerously close to her throat...
