Once again, Tilly is in a bit of a spot, and this time it's that wacko, the Foot Collector. Although today, FC isn't looking to chop off Tilly's feet and put them in a jar, he's just looking for a little fun with the pretty Irish lass. Tilly, however, doesn't know this and wonders if his chopping equipment is in another room. She screams into the tape once her toes are tied and the baddie starts giving her feet a close-up exam...
