Once again Tomiko is bound and gagged. This time she is hogtied tight wearing a tiny blue top and a tinier matching bottom. There are barely 6 inches of rope between her wrists and ankles, which are secured tightly. Tomiko is undeterred however and seeks to escape.

After some time, to reduce her changes, a rope is added to limit her elbow movement. This reduces her leverage as she struggles, pleading into the thick, cloth gag for mercy, for relief.
