Lovely Tomiko has been left bound tightly in duct tape on the bed and gagged. She squrims and rolls about, but there is no way she is getting out of this tape. She spies the phone and tries to roll towards it, but she is caught and ends up being taped down to the bed as well.

After being left to struggle, her captors leave her to be rescued, but not without rigging her up as a booby-trap first!
