Busty strawberry blonde Tracey Felton has been nabbed and is tied to a chair in a dingy old row-house somewhere on the bad side of the city. She starts to complain about her situation so she is gagged tightly. When she gets more vocal even with the gag, the gag is taped over, sealing her mouth shut.
