Pretty Violetta Storms is tied down atop a table and gagged with tape. She struggles helplessly, wondering what is going to happen to her in this darkened room.

It is not long before Violetta is shown a sharp metal spike and it is placed upon her so she can feel the weight of it. She pleads to not have to deal with it.
