Captain Dakkota Grey, commander of the Metro Police Bureau, has done something that, as a police official you are never supposed to do, and that is to swap places with the hostage. She mistakenly thought that this was the best course of action. She saved the hostage, but the situation was still volatile, and soon found herself tied and gagged and squirming on the floor unable to negotiate with her captors. This could be the worst decision of her life.
