The police department received a missing persons' report and has mobilized all units to conduct a search. Officer Blu is questioning everyone in her area who she encounters.

She sees a man enter his apartment and tries to get him to stop before he closes the door. She knocks and he answers, but denies any knowledge of any missing person. As he starts to close the door she remembers that she's seen him before and asks if they've had any previous dealings. He says no, but grabs her and drags her in to his place. He disarms her and hogties her on his floor using her own hand...

He disarms her and hogties her on his floor using her own handcuffs and rope he had lying around. He later turns the tie into a hogtie.

She is later tied to a chair, but does manage to escape. She finds a cell phone and calls the police emergency number to report the incident and get rescued.
