Captain Blair Blouson, Squad Commander, Metro Police is busy looking at wanted bulletins in her office when a man, whom she does not recognize, enters her office. Before she can react, he's upon her.

Fade in and we see that she has been thoroughly and completely cuffed and chained to her chair, right there in her office in the middle of the police department. She's wearing three sets of handcuffs, (and thumbcuffs) one set of leg cuffs and numerous other chains securing her to her chair. She's gagged with a handkerchief, but that's not keeping her silent. He comes in later...

Captain Blair Blouson, Squad Commander, Metro Police is busy looking at wanted bulletins in her office when a man, whom she does not recognize, enters her office. Before she can react, he's upon her.

Fade in and we see that she has been thoroughly and completely cuffed and chained to her chair, right there in her office in the middle of the police department. She's wearing three sets of handcuffs, (and thumbcuffs) one set of leg cuffs and numerous other chains securing her to her chair. She's gagged with a handkerchief, but that's not keeping her silent. He comes in later to plaster duct tape all over her mouth and face. That only quiets her down a little bit. He gives her keys to the handcuffs and leaves her to try and get free on her own.

She can't get free, but manages to reach up to pull off her gag and call out for help. Help arrives, but what was the point to all this? It's her move now.
