Dakkota Grey is a detective with the local police, and oddly enough, on the burglary squad. On this particular day, after coming home, she walks in on a burglary in progress, in her own home! Almost immediately upon entering she notices some things have been moved. But just like that, before she has an opportunity to investigate, a masked intruder comes up behind her and knocks her out.
