Agent Blu, FBI vs the state police Part 1

A state police officer and an FBI agent both clash over a case involving an escaped fugitive. Sgt Stein and Agent Blu have both tracked the guy to an old barn, but instead of finding the guy, they find each other. They get into a discussion about who has jurisdiction and both order the other to back off. Just then, Stein decides to take matters into his own hands and grabs Blu by the throat and disarms her.
