Once upon a time, in the High Plains Territory, a dangerous desperado known as “Hondo” Hawk was wreaking havoc across the entire region. All efforts to stop and capture him had failed at all levels. The territorial governor finally appealed to federal authorities to send help. This should have probably happened already, but better late than never as they say.
