Rachel Adams is known as a tough girl who can handle anything that is thrown at her and just comes back for more. We had an opportunity to shoot in a barn, with plenty of room to work, and try an extreme tie with her.

Rachel is nude with her hair in a ponytail. For the strappado we used the ladder that goes up to the loft in the barn. It's very sturdy. Rachel's mouth is solidly packed and wrapped with clear tape.
