Someone has been naughty lately and been sent to their room without dinner. Rachel is that someone and it's been happening a lot lately, so maybe she's not really trying to be good.

She's tied up on her bed, face down but bare ass up so it can be spanked if necessary. (and it IS necessary) Her elbows are tied touching and her legs are spread and feet bare. She puts up a good struggle and gets a neck rope tied to the bed for her trouble.
