Our damsel (Rachel Adams) is tied to a chair and ball gagged when a plastic bag is placed over her head. Her breathing is still OK. Then the progression starts with a leather collar over the bag. Her breathing is more labored. She does OK for a while, but then starts to struggle so the bag is cut over her nose. She can breathe. The bag stays on like that and duct tape is wrapped around her ball gag over the bag, then over here eyes. That had to have been scary for her first time.
