A Crime Story 9-1-1

Deputy Sheriff Claire Irons reported for duty like usual, got her assignment and went out on patrol. While on patrol she observed a guy acting “a little strange” so she pulled over to check him out. She followed him into an alley where she finally got him to stop. What happened next was a complete surprise. Before she could even call in her location and situation, he was upon her. He took her to his apartment through the back door in that alley and tied her up.
