Rancher Rachel Adams is Boss Lady of her family spread called Ranch Deluxe, which happens to be one of the largest in the state. One of her most awesome responsibilities as first step-daughter and heir is doing payroll. She’s on her computer, finalizing everything, realizing that paying cash, while very popular with the staff, isn’t the best way to do pay day.

As she makes her way to get the money for the payouts, she gets grabbed from behind by a big guy who really means business. He stays behind her so she doesn’t see him, but he lets it slip that he was an ex-employee so he knows she pays in cash-and he wants it! She refuses to give it to him, so he ties her up on the couch and begins a search of the area. He comes up empty, so he reties her on a chair and manages to get her credit card from her pocket, and her pin! She keeps denying that there is any cash anywhere. She pays by direct deposit now. He doesn’t believe her and keeps searching. He comes back, gets a little tougher with her and she finally gives up the location of the money. He brings it in and flashes it in her face! He then hogties her on the floor and makes his escape.

She wiggles and squirms and is finally able to escape the ropes. She has some work to do finding out who did this to her and recovering the money if she can. Nobody messes with rancher Rachel!
