The sheriff of Empire County promised to reign in rogue deputy “gangs” that have been running things they way they want since before anyone can remember, often to the detriment of public safety. One of his first moves was to reassign Capt. Dakkota Grey, known as a “tough as nails, take no guff” cop. Unfortunately her management style has so far clashed with the Enforcers deputy gang.
