A cute female hitchhiker (Brianne Blu) gets more than a ride from the guy with the van with no windows. He takes her to a cabin, stripped naked and hogtied on the floor. He just happens to have a ball gag laying around and it ends up in her mouth. He turns up her torment by tightening the ropes on her elbows. Maybe she's learned her lesson after this?
