Even if outside temperatures are below freezing, regular walks in the fresh air must be! This video is from last week. I was warmly dressed ... knit cap, leatherette leggings, shiny down jacket, leather gloves and high boots. I walk with hands cuffed behind back and the ballgag in mouth. Brrr .... it is really cold, metal handcuffs chilly despite the leather gloves.
