Layering hosiery allows to wear dresses and skirts all year round, even when temperatures plummet. If wool tights are your thing, wear two pairs instead of one. And finally add a pair of thick wool socks. So you stay comfy with just a sweater at home or with tall boots outside. I do that each day this time of the year when it is freezing cold in Germany!!!
