I sit on my big, comfy bed & use both of my hands separately to rub on my teeth and gums under my taupe shaded lips. I switch back and forth using each hand a couple time, always using my index finger to do the deed. I get to rubbing them pretty quickly, making a few different sound effects, hehe.
