I start out casually opening my mouth so you can see all my nice, sharp teeth. I get out my dental mirror and give you a tour of the top row of chompers and then I grab my dental pick and start tapping each tooth as I move along the tour. To top it all off I use my fingers to spread my mouth wider so you can get an unobstructed view of my pointy pearly whites.
