I found this amazing shade of blue at the store the other day, along with a glitter counter part & I just could wait to start painting my nails. I put two top layers on my fingernails before adding a glitter coat to my middle finger and thumb (I'm nice enough to give people something pretty to look at when I flip them off) and then put one top coat & one glitter coat on my toe nails.
