Clyde asked me this morning if we could train together later today. I agreed, but then he told me to be the base during the workout. He wanted me to carry him longtime and work out with the dumbbells. I replied: not a bad idea. Later in the afternoon it was time to do the workout and Clyde was allowed to convince himself of my strength. It was a playful time for me with Clyde plus the weights and we enjoyed the time with fun and made new experiences.
