After Sophia Sylvan helped me with my first-ever belly inflation in "Belly Inflation Instruction", I was still too nervous to try it alone! After over a year of waiting, I finally decided to try it solo. I find that my belly blows up fairly quickly, and that I still love the tight, hard feeling it gives me, and how my skin stretches around my growing belly! The aquarium pump has a bit of a learning curve, but once I get it going, my belly swells to its full size.
