Sophia had a run-in with a groper today, and as she tells me the story, I get really pissed off! She really should know some self-defence moves to keep herself safe. I know lots of moves, so I offer to show her and she is a willing student. I show her a few things, but she's worried about what to do if she ends up on the ground. I show her how to do a scissorhold on her assailant.
