WMV format: I proceed my training in preparation for the "High Heel Ball Worldcup 2006" in Germany ;o). Gymnastics in 5 3/4 inch pumps, with and without a ball, boxing with a punching bag (I must improve my footwork), some rest periods and a refreshing shower afterwards. To make it more difficult - with fixed shoes and no opportunity to release my aching feet. Length 20min 20sec.
