Little Billy is a little . He's being watched by Cassandra and is up to no good from the get go. She's finally got him in the living room and to calm down a bit so she can relax. She's on the couch, reading a magazine with her legs crossed when Little Billy starts playing 'peek-a-boots' with her (as seen through Little Billy's eyes). She ignores him at first as he keeps peeking from around the couch. She plays along after a bit, asking what he's doing but he just keeps peeking at her, mainly to stare at her boots.
