Poor gal is always having issues with her car. She's sitting down and immediately starts telling you about her issues. She talks about how her car wouldn't start and demonstrates by pumping her foot up and down as if she's pumping a gas pedal. She even twists her hand like she's turning a key because any good story teller knows that you have to give visual aids. ;) She's all flustered from her experience and is just so sorry that she was late.
