This video is in two parts. The first part, Jane Domino is wearing a tshirt, black leggings and tan thigh high cowgirl boots. She starts out standing and doing some posing/dancing in the boots where you see her from the waist down. She then gets on the floor and throws her legs in the air for the 'bicycle kick' exercise.
