Her left leg is dangling out of the old bus of hers as she's holding the door open and looking back towards the engine while she's cranking it over. The engine isn't catching and her whole body is bouncing as she pumps on the gas pedal to try and start this old thing.

Giving up, she hops out and closes the door and starts walking down the path. Maybe she can find someone to help.
