She's wearing a new pair of caramel colored leather riding boots that come above her knees. She's filming herself as she rides in the Jeep, propping her feet and boots up on the dash so she can get a good view of them in the evening sun. The other cars on the road are also getting a good view as well. Imagine passing this on the road, would you whip around and give chase? :)
