She comes in and is already flustered from having to deal with that damn car of hers! She proceeds to tell you about her car trouble while demonstrating her actions. She pretends to turn a key and pumps her booted foot on an imaginary gas pedal. You can feel the frustration as she recounts her story. You just sit there and soak it all in. :)
