This is a popular spot for people to come run, walk and enjoy the view. Scarlet is hanging out on a picnic table wearing her rustic brown knee high boots that have a small chain at the ankle. She's wearing these boots over jeans and you get a lot of close ups of her moving her foot around with her legs crossed. Looks like some local wildlife is even interested. Near the end, a runner goes by and shouts out, "Looking Good!" :)
