Veronica ordered some boots online that are a bit too small for her. The site said they should fit her but they don't, so she calls the company to talk about the boots and see what her options are. She explains that they don't fit her calf that well and you can see her rubbing her boots and legs while she talks on the phone. The zipper of the boots only go about half-way up. She's hoping the leather would stretch but that may not be the case.
