Wearing her cute little street clothes Mei has a heavy wooden stock around her neck. Her wrists are manacled to each side of the stock as she rests on her knees waiting to address Luther. After telling Luther "Hi" she got right down to business. Her tiny little face hole pushed down his shaft, right away she tries to swallow it down her throat, straining in her neck muscles to push it past some point far beyond her tonsils.
