I was on the run and took Cupcake as a hostage. He needed rest badly and had to keep Cupcake quiet and out of the way. So, he took her clothes and tied her up in her bra and girdle. Then he stuffed and taped her mouth to gag her. He had told her that as long as she cooperated, this would only be for a while.
