Whitney Morgan

Whitney is the lady who lives next door. She is also the head of the Home Owners Association, The Community Watch, The PTA and just about every other organization in this man's neighborhood. Really, she is just a "Pain in the Ass" who has her nose in everyone's business. Lately Whitney has been giving this man problems with one of his pets who she recently caught in her yard. Not only has she reported the man to the authorities, she has filed the papers to make this man have to defend himself in court. The man had to do something to put Whitney in her place.
