Claire is pumping iron in the living room and her grunts are bothering her roommate, who is trying to watch TV. Eventually he takes her weights away and tells her about a new workout he’s recently heard of. She hesitantly agrees and he goes to get some necessary equipment. Claire soon finds herself bound in rope (done off-screen) with instructions to struggle but her roommate says there’s one more thing.
